Pets are allowed in the Guilbeau Apartments, but must be approved by the owners. We accept small dogs (up to 30 lbs), cats and some other pets (please inquire). Approval of different pets may have different stipulations and all require a pet fee and careful attention to detail in maintaining your pet and cleaning up upon move-out.
All dogs must be house trained before entering the apartment. Puppies are not accepted.
Only one pet will be accepted per apartment.
A pet policy will be required for those that have pets. This policy should be signed along with the rental agreement before the pet moves in.
An annual non-refundable pet fee will be required from those that choose to have a pet in the Guilbeau Apartments. Currently, the fee is $250/year for dogs and $150/year for cats.
