Lease Agreement

The lease agreement is generally a 12 month lease,but is flexible as long as the lease ends either May 31st, June 30 or July 31st.

The apartments were built prior to 1978 and thus we are required by federal law to provide you with information on the hazards of lead-based paints. Realize, though, that there are no known problems with lead contamination at the apartments.

Pet Policy

An additional pet policy will be required for those that have pets. Currently, there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for up to 2 cats or most other kinds of pets. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $225 for a small dog (< 30 lbs).
