Our two bedroom townhouse-style apartments rent for $620/month and are located in a quiet location on Military Hill close to a major grocery store (Dissmores), video stores and eateries, near the local bus routes (Pullman Transit and Wheatland Express) and within a 10 minute walk to the WSU campus or downtown Pullman.

Our apartments boast large bedrooms, free on-site laundry, a large shared backyard, flower/garden plots outside the front door and the ability to have pets (such as cats and small dogs) with an additional annual pet fee.

With Pullman management and owners that are interested in the long term upkeep of the apartments, our townhouse-style apartments are well-maintained.

Each townhouse-style apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs with a living room, dining room and kitchen downstairs. Apartments face the street, but the back sliding glass door opens into a secluded backyard area perfect for summer BBQs.
